SeaWolf Research & Research:
SRR provides the expertise and secures the equipment to rescue & relocate wild marine and terrestrial animals while documenting the process for future educational and research opportunities. Our teams have vast experience in animal behavior, intervention & health.

Population growth, increased development and environmental degradation all impact our ecosystems. This unique organization was founded to address these impacts on animals throughout the world & to assist in their survival. We operate under the umbrella of SCP, a Washington State non-profit corporation with federal 501(c)(3) deductible status.

SRR provides care to animals in distress specializing in a rapid response team of qualified professionals with expertise in the care & transport of wildlife. This team has access to truly make a difference in a crisis situation where in the past there may have been no options for an animal’s survival.

SRR is an independent venture, (under the umbrella of Project SeaWolf Coastal Protection), providing services which are not dependent on federal funding nor subject to government budget cuts. We do however work closely with governmental agencies & organizations to help them implement their policies. SRR, as a distinct wing of SCP, is not an advocacy group; rather we are committed to assisting “at risk” animals while remaining intent on keeping the best interests of those animals as our primary objective.

What sets us apart:
- In-depth knowledge of the biology, behavioral patterns, migration & foraging habits and movements, stress indicators & the laws and regulations governing approaching stranded or compromised animals, as well as experience in the veterinary care of wild animals in distress.

- Coordination & Management of marine and shore based activities. A successful operation requires expert animal care as well as experienced personnel to coordinate the logistics of the project as a whole including staff support & public relations.

- Documentation of projects utilizing the latest technologies in digital photography, videography & underwater systems. The use of advanced instrumentation and equipment (including ships, vehicles, stabilization, acoustic, infrared & low-light equipment as well as aerial platforms) are used to make the field and laboratory observations.

SRR is committed to increasing public knowledge & awareness of wildlife in distress through the sharing of animal care techniques & our rapid response procedures of all animals throughout the globe.
